Our registered office is located at 369, Raja Street, Coimbatore South, Coimbatore - 641001, Tamil Nadu. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website. By accessing and using the services provided on our Website, you signify your consent and agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions specified herein. TTJ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the latest updates periodically. Any changes shall take effect immediately upon posting, and by continuing to use the Website, you agree to be bound by the revised terms and amendments.

Eligibility Criteria

If you are below 18 years of age, you are prohibited from using, purchasing, or entering into any contracts through this Website. Individuals who are legally incompetent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, are not eligible to use or conduct transactions on this Website.

Users accessing this Website from outside India are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws, to the extent applicable.

Pricing and Payment

Orders

Prices on our Website are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the one listed on the Website on the date of the transaction. For orders shipped within India, payments are accepted only in INR. Prices include CGST, SGST, or IGST, as applicable. If an international credit card is used for a domestic order, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before payment is processed. Additional currency conversion charges may apply as per your credit card provider's policy.

You may be required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo identity proof from your country of residence, such as:

  • Passport with visa copy
  • Driving license
  • Employment card
  • Any other government-issued ID proof from your country of residence.

PAN Card Terms and Conditions

For purchases exceeding ₹2 lakhs, a PAN card must be provided at the time of placing the order, as specified by TTJ. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation. For all domestic shipments where the order value exceeds ₹2 lakhs, customers must enter their PAN and complete the verification process before proceeding to the payment page.

The billing name must match the name on the PAN card; otherwise, the verification will fail, preventing the customer from completing the order.

Shipping Destinations

Our services are available in selected cities only. Please verify delivery availability by entering your PIN code on the shopping cart checkout page. If courier services are not available in your area, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Delivery Schedule

Orders

You'll receive a tentative delivery date in your order confirmation email. The exact date will be shared once your order is ready for dispatch. Registered users can track status via the My Orders page

  • The standard delivery timeline for all serviceable PIN codes is 5–10 days.

Please Note: Customers must present one of the following government-issued photo identity proofs at the time of delivery:

Your Obligations

  • While registering on www.ttjnextgenjewels.com, you must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
  • You must maintain and promptly update your registration details to ensure they remain true, accurate, current, and complete. TTJ reserves the right to verify the information and other details you provide at any time. Additionally, TTJ may request further information to process orders or before making a delivery in certain cases. If, upon verification, any information is found to be false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated—or if TTJ has reasonable grounds to suspect such discrepancies—we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership indefinitely. In such cases, access to our Website and affiliated platforms may be denied without prior notice.
  • You confirm that the delivery address provided for your order is accurate and complete in all respects. If a non-delivery occurs due to an error on your part (e. g. , incorrect name, address, or any other inaccurate information), any additional costs incurred by TTJ for re-delivery shall be borne by you.
  • Before placing an order, you must carefully review the product description. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and the invitation to offer as stated in the product description.
  • TTJ shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural calamities, governmental actions, pandemics, public holidays, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Purchasing any product from our Website is entirely at your discretion. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly inquired about the product and are fully aware of its features, characteristics, and usage. TTJ shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the use of the product.

Cancellation by TTJ

TTJ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. This may occur due to various reasons, including but not limited to

    •  Limitations on product availability
    •  Errors in pricing or product information
    •  Issues identified by our fraud prevention team
    •  Any other concerns deemed valid by TTJ

Additionally, if an Indian state prohibits the direct sale of merchandise from other states and requires special documentation to avoid dual taxation, TTJ reserves the right to accept or reject orders from or to such states. In certain cases, we may require additional information to process an order. If your order is canceled—either fully or partially—or if further details are needed, we will notify you accordingly.

Cancellation by Customer

An order can be canceled within 5 days of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Registered customers can check their order status by contacting TTJ’s customer support team or by visiting the 'My Orders' page at www.ttjnextgenjewels.com.

Once a cancellation request is received, if payment has already been made, we will initiate a refund to your account via the original payment method. If the debit/credit card used for the transaction is no longer active, the refund will be processed via cheque.

Once initiated, the refund amount will be credited directly to your account or issued via cheque. For more details, please refer to the 🡽 Refunds section of these Terms and Conditions.

NOTE: In the event that the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest.

Restriction

TTJ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to impose quantity or value limits on purchases. Such restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same account, credit/debit card, billing address, or shipping address. If any such limits are enforced, we will notify the customer accordingly. Additionally, TTJ reserves the right to prohibit sales to any individual at its sole discretion.

Return Policy

TTJ is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction with the products available on our Website. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the order in accordance with the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. TTJ allows a 30-Day Return Policy.

 

In the unlikely event that the delivered product is damaged or defective, you may return it unused, in its original packaging, and along with the invoice. Upon return, you will be eligible for a refund. Our courier partner will collect the product from the address provided by you and return it to us.

Return Charges

Our logistics service provider will collect the returned order from the provided address within India. Customers are not required to pay any shipping charges for the return.

How to Initiate the Refund Process?

    • Customers must contact TTJ customer support at +91 96006 22031 or email us at support@ttjnextgenjewels.com within 30 days of receiving the product to initiate a return or refund request.
    • Customers should not return the product until they receive a confirmation email from TTJ approving the return request.
    • All products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Customers must include the original invoice and Certificate of Authenticity in the return package. Returns will not be processed without these documents.

NOTE: We shall not entertain any request after 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Refund

The refund process will be initiated once we receive the returned product. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the original tags and invoice. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the refund not being processed.

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your account via the original payment method. If the debit/credit card used for the purchase is no longer active, the refund will be processed via cheque.

For domestic orders (within India), where returns are accepted by TTJ, a 100% refund will be processed.

      • If the payment was made online, the refund will be credited within 7-15 working days from the date the returned product is received at TTJ’s warehouse.
      •  For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via cheque or online transfer (NEFT - National Electronic Fund Transfer).

The mode of refund depends on the customer's choice:

      1. If a cancelled cheque is provided along with the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7-15 working days, and the amount will be directly credited to the customer's account via NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer).
      2.  If the customer does not provide a cancelled cheque, the refund will be processed via cheque, which will be sent by courier to the address provided at the time of registration or order placement. This process may take up to 30 working days. TTJ shall not be liable for any delays or issues arising due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

TTJ Exchange Program(Exchange of Company's Jewelery Products)

Products purchased from the Website can only be exchanged at TTJ Store. TTJ Products exchange:

      1. Jewellery sold through TTJ is eligible for exchange at the store, subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of the exchange policy, which is operated at the Company's discretion.
      2.  14kt gold jewellery and diamonds will be accepted for exchange after a thorough examination of purity, weight, originality, defects, and any damage, including stone defects (cracks, replacements, alterations) and the presence of the Company/Brand mark or logo. If any discrepancies are found, the product will not be accepted for exchange.
      3. For any exchange, the original invoice and certificate of authenticity must be provided.
      4. The terms for valuation of the product is given below:
        1. Gold and plain platinum products will be valued at 100% of the prevailing metal rate at the respective stores on the day of exchange.
        2. Diamonds on studded gold will be valued at 100% of the prevailing stone rate on the day of exchange.
        3. Solitaire diamonds (loose solitaires or those in studded gold) will be valued at 100% of the prevailing stone rate if the customer purchases a studded gold or studded platinum product in exchange
        4. Solitaire diamonds (loose solitaires or those in studded gold) will be valued at 90% of the prevailing stone rate if the customer purchases a plain gold product or coin in exchange.
        5. Solitaires of 2 carats and above are not eligible for exchange.
        6. Other studded products will be valued at 80% of their prevailing market value during exchange.
        7. For any other product categories not mentioned above, customers are advised to check with the respective stores for the prevailing terms and conditions.
        8. Making charges, taxes, and any discounts applied on the original invoice will be fully deducted.

The exchange program may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice. Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of the company. For more details on the exchange process, please visit our nearest store or contact our customer care team.

General Exchange Program (Exchange of other Jewellery Products)

      • Exchange is applicable only at our TTJ store and is not available for online transactions.

Warranty Coverage

Manufacturing Defects

TTJ provides one year warranty on issues arising from the production process, such as structural integrity problems (e.g., weak bands or prongs) or loose gemstones due to flawed workmanship.

Material Issues

TTJ provides a lifetime warranty on the materials used, such as flaws in gold purity.

Site Security

You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of this website, including but not limited to the following actions:

 

      1. Accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or an account that you are not authorized to access.
      2. Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.

TTJ reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, damages, and legal expenses from individuals who engage in fraudulent use of this website.
